Mrs. Swanson (who lives in the town of High Horse) is the last holdout at subscribing. She told The Scoop, "I'll subscribe to that rag when hell freezes over!" (She once received a bad review in it for her Cream of Mushroom Jello Delight hotdish recipe!) Circulation Manager, Oliver Luck, is optimistic she'll change her mind! Culinary expert and, dare we say, "wine aficionado beyond belief," Betty Thompson, always is preparing some tantalizing dish for us on her show, "Cookin' It Up With Betty." In the midst of cooking, our dear ol' Betty does have the habit of getting distracted, though. She just has too many memories of the great restaurants she's enjoyed around Our Story country.
